Therapy Plans
Based on your child’s initial evaluation, and the individual needs of your child and family, a therapy plan will be created to direct and evaluate the progress made at Pathways.
Our treatment planning strategies may include:

- One-on-one therapy
- Parent education
- Development of home training and parent/client training
- Paired therapy with a peer
- Group based therapy
- Intensive therapy model
Documentation
Timely documentation is important to record and analyze clinical observations and test results of your child’s performance and to provide an individualized treatment plan.
Standard documentation includes:
- Comprehensive initial evaluation and therapy plan
- Ongoing documentation of progress and reevaluation on a 3 or 6-month basis or as requested.
- Biannual family planning meetings to review progress and establish treatment goals
- Videotaping to create a permanent visual document of your child’s progress
Treatment Planning
Each treatment plan is created to fit the needs of your child and family. It is based on proper documentation and initial evaluations when first arriving at Pathway Center. This helps ensure your needs are met every step of the way.
