Rattle Up and Down

When Baby is calm and alert, prop them up on your legs, with their head by your knees for support. Try and get Baby to look at a rattle or toy. Slowly move it from side to side to see if they can follow it with their eyes.

Helps baby work on their vision, including eye contact and tracking, work on their head control and engage with you.
