You have questions about baby feeding, we have answers!

What can you feed your (almost) 1 year old baby?

Baby should drink breast milk and/or formula until they are at least 1 year old. If baby is beginning to walk, try introducing the following foods. Be sure food pieces are small.
• Bread/toast
• Cooked pasta
• Scrambled egg yolk
• Sliced meat or cheese

How often should baby eat?

Baby should be eating 3 meals per day, plus several healthy snacks. Chop or mash what you’re eating to an appropriate size for baby. Serve snacks at consistent times so baby is hungry for meals. Eat together at the table during mealtimes.
