  1. Yes, you are right kids must have to build social skills, increase confidence, and to help reduce anxiety, with the help of exercise. Besides enjoying health benefits of regular exercise, they’re also better able to handle both physical and emotional challenges.

  2. My son is struggling with his self-esteem right now. He is 10 years old and I would hate for this to be a pattern for the rest of his life. I didn’t know how directly related self-esteem and exercise are. I should look into something that would get my son on his feet.
