Each checklist takes your through the milestones or abilities baby should be reaching at each age range. You can keep up with your baby’s development for months—and even years—to come. These checklists are particularly helpful for doctor’s visits, as you can ask your doctor about any milestones or abilities baby has not yet checked off.

Here’s how you can use this checklist:

  • Print the checklist, or download and save to your desktop and/or mobile device. Save this somewhere that is easy to access, and check in every few weeks to see if baby has achieved any new milestones or abilities!
  • Share this page or checklists with friends and family, or anyone else helping to take care of baby.
  • Bring the checklist with to well-baby doctor’s visits, and ask about milestones or abilities that baby hasn’t yet checked off.
