Tracking Your Caseload
You can add each baby on your caseload to your account in the Pathways.org Baby Milestones App or have families share their accounts with you. This is a simple way to keep track of your caseload right from your phone.
What you will get on the app:
Age-appropriate milestones so you can quickly see Baby’s progress rather than reviewing long-form assessments.
Therapist-created activities that support milestones. This can be helpful if you are struggling with what to do with Baby or looking to work on a specific skill
Articles on other information families may want to know.

Instructions to add a baby:
Go to "Menu" (three bars on the upper left-hand corner of the mobile app)
Click "Account profiles & settings"
Click "Add a child"
Complete the Child Information and click "Done”
Resources to Share with Families
Use Pathways.org to support carryover between sessions by recommending activities that naturally fit into families’ daily routines and interactions.
Baby Milestones App
FREE age-based milestone tracking, activities, tips, and helpful information
Encourage families to download the Pathways.org Baby Milestones App, which automatically suggests activities based on a child’s age and milestone progress.
Tell caregivers to make note of any questions they have about the information they see.
Ask families about success and struggles
Encourage them to film their child so you can help identify struggles with activities, routines, or interactions and make suggestions.
💡Pro Tip: Families do not need to create an account to access content. Creating one simply helps them see personalized recommendations and track progress over time.
Suggest play-based activities that align with your therapy goals using the Activities Library. Activities are organized by age, making it easy to find a good match.
Reinforce learning by sharing or printing handouts that match family priorities, giving caregivers reliable information to revisit at home.
💡 Pro Tip: You can print as many brochures as you want. Print one or print 100. We don’t care; we just want families to have this information.
Visual teaching tools: Share real milestone videos to demonstrate motor, sensory, and communication skills by age.
There may be a long wait between initial evaluation and next service date. Pathways.org activities can be great for families to use until they can get services. Or if a child does not qualify for services, you can suggest Pathways.org activities to help with areas of concern.
