Every parent uses a carrier at some point. But did you know containers can restrict and place pressure on their head? Overuse can cause flat head and positional torticollis.
It can also increase the risk of delays in:
- Sitting
- Walking
- Crawling
- Speaking
Here are some tips to help reduce time in containers:
- Do Tummy Time each day
- Carry baby often and in different positions
- Try to limit baby’s time in containers to only when necessary
